I got into the nutrition and fitness industry after spending most of my life trying to hate myself into the body and life I wanted.

I ended up struggling with an eating disorder for over 10 years, was in an abusive relationship, and was coping with my anxiety/ depression with food and alcohol.

What turned it all around was finally learning to become the CEO of my own damn health through nutrition, fitness, and mindset.

But what I noticed as I started learning more and more about the fitness and nutrition industry is that most of it is complete TRASH.

Either they are too lazy or just don’t actually want to teach you how to lose fat in a sustainable way and actually keep it off.
